The Run
I was a little concerned about water consumption today, because it was so hot, so I brought two water bottles.  I started using them a little over halfway through the run. It was a good run, but I didn't feel as energized about it like I was yesterday.  I was able to regulate the intake of water, so I wouldn't feel it sloshing around as I ran.

Ever-Changing Diet
Now that I'm watching fat content, my grocery habits are changing again. I'm looking into leaner meats, more Gatorade and better breads. I think I still need to make sure I'm getting the "good" carbs such as those from fruits, instead of carbs from pretzels or pasta.  Today I was able to lower my fat intake to just 25% of my diet, and if I can keep it in the 20s, I will be very pleased.

THOUGHTS: I'm already adjusting the the heat pretty well. Just keep drinking the water at consistent levels and never take in too much too fast.
