The Run
Usually I accumulate 6 miles in each weekday training. Whether it's 3 miles running and 3 miles walking, or 5 miles running and 1 mile walking. Today I tried a different approach. I ran for 1.5 miles, then turned around and ran back. I was in a hurry to get home tonight, so I didn't have time to walk the rest of the park. I do enjoy walking the rest of the park, so I hope I don't get into the 1.5 back-and-forth routine. Today was 10° hotter than Tuesday, and I was sweating pretty bad. I didn't have any water, either.

It was a breeze today. No problems at all. I'm nervous about the 12 miles this Saturday morning, but luckily it will be here at Forest Park, since I've become so familiar with it.
