AUGUST 21: The Joints in Motion team staying away from the downpour under the Humpy's tent just before the marathon..

AUGUST 21: In line to start Humpy's Marathon. The marathon starts and ends in front of Humpy's Alaskan Alehouse.

AUGUST 21: The race has started! (I'm way in the back...it doesn't matter where you start the race...we're measured by a chip on our shoe.)

AUGUST 21: A train whizzed next to the trail a couple miles into the run.

AUGUST 21: The trail circled around the airport, and this plane was flying low over our heads around Mile 6. What a rush!

AUGUST 21: Coach Rich and I were labeled "The Smurfs" after this passing on the trail. This is around Mile 8.
