MAY 17:
Just finished running 5 miles. I think I'm slimming down quite a bit. The weight has gone down a little, but the endurance is amazing!
MAY 7:
My Amphipod water belt. Each of the bottles hold 8 ounces of fluids. The two storage pouches are for my MP3 player and GU packs.
JULY 2:
I'm sure most runners experience this... The only way to keep my nipples from bleeding and being sore is to cut some bandages for them.

Here are my Asics shoes, 300 miles later. Hard to believe they were brand new in April.
JUNE 30:
The St. Louis Mounted Police and horse stables along the Forest Park trail. This is near the Mile 2 marker.
JUNE 30:
The Planetarium at the Science Center. This is between the Mile 2 and Mile 1 markers.
